On May 23, 2025, a major legislative shift took effect in Ukraine’s trade landscape: Law No. 4414-IX ratified Decision No. 2/2024 of the Joint Committee under the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Preferential Rules of Origin (PEM Convention).
