Dear friends,
We have encountered a case of fraud: a fake email account was created in the name of our employee. Scammers are sending messages on behalf of Loadstar (Elena Dovgopol), requesting price lists and more, using a Gmail address with one letter altered.
This is a well-known fraudulent scheme where criminals exploit the name and reputation of a trusted company to deceive recipients. When someone checks the company name on Google or visits the official website, everything may seem legitimate — and suspicions are not raised.
In our case, the scammers copied our employee’s email signature, included a fake phone number, but listed our official website: www.loadstar.com.ua.
Please be extremely cautious. Double-check email addresses and contact details.
We use only corporate email accounts with the domain ….@loadstar.com.ua and …@loadstarunity.com.
No official email from us will ever come from a Gmail or other personal account.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not respond, and please report it to: loadstar@loadstar.com.ua
